White Hat AI Copilot is an artificial intelligence assistant for WordPress with a built‑in rule: it answers using the content of your website, and when it doesn’t know something, it says so. It serves visitors, helps the site administrator, and stores what it learns encrypted on your own server.
Almost all assistants installed on a website have the same flaw: they answer anything. Ask them for a schedule that isn’t listed anywhere on the site and they make it up, with great confidence. For a company that’s not an anecdote: it’s a client who was told something that wasn’t true.
A chat that reads your site
Before responding, the plugin builds the context from what is published on your WordPress: pages, posts and, if it’s a store, WooCommerce products. The model writes based on that material. When the question has no answer on the site, it acknowledges that and offers the path that does exist —usually the contact form— instead of filling the gap.
A co‑pilot inside the dashboard
The second half isn’t seen by the visitor. Inside the WordPress dashboard it helps the writer: drafting and improving posts, reviewing the site’s status and working with store products. It’s the part that saves hours for the person maintaining the website, who in a small company is often the same person who runs the business.
The key never leaves the server
It’s the plugin’s golden rule, and it’s not decorative. Many hastily built AI chats leave the provider’s key in the page’s JavaScript, where anyone can read it and spend your quota. Here the key is stored encrypted on your server and all calls are made from there. There’s nothing to steal in the browser.
The same applies to what the co‑pilot learns from your site: it is stored encrypted on your own server, not in a third‑party service to which you would have to entrust your business content.
What it doesn’t do
It does not replace a person in a complex sales conversation, and it does not intend to. It also doesn’t act on its own: in the dashboard it suggests and drafts, but publishing or saving is up to you.
