Rosa Rosa Privacy Policy

White Hat Mgmt LLC designed Rosa Rosa so that the core child experience runs locally and with the minimal amount of data possible.
Data that remains on the device
Drawings, artwork thumbnails, preferences, language, sound state, quiet mode, and progress are stored on the device. White Hat Mgmt LLC does not receive those drawings nor associate them with an account. Lessons do not score the child nor store an educational assessment.
Features the app does not use
The app contains no ads, purchases, accounts, chat, third‑party analytics, or advertising tracking. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
Optional voice request
When a voice is not available in the selected language, an adult can open the parent zone and request that language. Upon submission, the app transmits the requested language, the current language, the app name and version. It does not ask for or send the child’s name, email, drawing, audio, or advertising identifier. The server converts the network address into a temporary MD5 fingerprint and retains it for one hour to limit abuse; the original address is not included in the operational email. The request is forwarded through the service’s email provider so White Hat Mgmt LLC can evaluate it. This action is optional, not used for advertising, and not linked to a child account.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information nor share app data with advertising networks or data brokers. The email provider processes the request solely to provide that service to White Hat Mgmt LLC.
Retention and deletion
Local artworks are deleted via the app controls or by clearing data or uninstalling the application. The anti‑abuse network fingerprint expires after one hour. Optional voice requests are retained only for the time needed to evaluate and produce the requested language and to meet security obligations.
Children’s privacy
We do not ask children to provide personal information. External actions are confined to a parent zone protected by an adult verification check.
