RhythmTrace: private hormone and cycle journal
RhythmTrace: private hormone and cycle journal
RhythmTrace helps adults record cycle dates, flow, pain, energy, mood, sleep, symptoms, and private notes in one calm, understandable view. The journal is encrypted on the device and does not require an account.
What RhythmTrace does
- Records only the entries the user confirms.
- Shows descriptive history, averages, ranges, and confidence labels without presenting them as a diagnosis.
- Works in Spanish, English, Brazilian Portuguese, and French.
- Searches the public United States NPPES directory by city or ZIP code and category only after the user taps Search.
- Opens a provider’s public address in the compatible maps or GPS app the user chooses.
- Keeps emergency guidance separate from the directory so a person is never told to wait for search results.
- Offers automatic, day, and night color modes plus three in-app text sizes that combine with the device accessibility setting.
Appearance and accessible reading
The Settings center can follow the device theme or keep RhythmTrace in day or night mode. Standard, large, and extra-large text settings reflow the interface instead of hiding information. These choices stay on the device and can be changed at any time.
Privacy by design
RhythmTrace has no account, White Hat cloud, or independent analytics. Health-journal records are encrypted before being saved in the app’s private storage. This release does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, Health Connect, or Apple Health access.
The free version can display one non-personalized Google banner on the Today screen. Ads never appear in the journal form, history, medical-directory results, emergency guidance, privacy screen, or purchase screen, and journal contents are not supplied to the advertising SDK. A one-time store purchase removes ads and unlocks visual themes; all health features remain free.
Important limits
RhythmTrace is a self-recording and informational tool, not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention method, fertility or contraception method, emergency service, or substitute for a licensed professional. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. NPPES records do not prove current licensure, availability, insurance participation, or suitability. Always verify a provider before relying on a listing.
What’s new in 0.6.0
A redesigned Settings center adds automatic, day, and night modes, three safe text sizes, a live reading preview, and clearer explanations of estimates, medical limits, supported languages, privacy, Premium, and support.
