ReceiptsPath Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ReceiptsPath, an app from White Hat Mgmt LLC, handles information when you scan and organize receipts, invoices, and vouchers.

Summary

ReceiptsPath operates locally. It does not require an account, contains no advertising or analytics, and does not send your receipts or records to White Hat Mgmt LLC servers. The app also does not include a general Internet permission on Android.

Data you choose to save

You can save receipt images and data such as merchant, date, total, currency, category, payment method, project, notes, and tax information. This data is stored encrypted within the app’s private space. OCR runs on the device and its results are suggestions that you must review before saving.

Device permissions and features

• Camera: used when you choose to photograph a receipt.
• Photos or files: used when you choose to import an image or save an export.
• Biometrics: if you enable lock, Android or iOS verifies your identity; the app does not receive or store your fingerprint or face.

Exports and backups

When you export evidence or a backup, the system lets you choose the destination. The file can leave the device only through that action by you. If you choose a storage or messaging provider, its own policy applies to the copy you give it.

Retention and deletion

Records remain until you delete them within the app or uninstall the app. Exported copies remain where you saved them and you must delete them there separately.

Children

ReceiptsPath is a general expense‑organization tool and is not intended for children under 13. It does not create profiles or collect data from minors via an account or its own service.

Security and limits

We use local encryption and system controls, but no device is immune to loss, damage, or unauthorized access. Keep your phone protected and retain copies in a location you control.
