Grovehalo Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Grovehalo, published by White Hat Mgmt LLC.
By downloading or using the game, you accept these terms and the store rules from
which you obtained the application.

License

A personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license is granted to use Grovehalo on supported devices. The purchase is a one‑time payment; this version contains no ads nor in‑game purchases.

Permitted use

You may play, keep your local saves, and use accessibility options.
You may not redistribute the binary, sell copies, extract assets, bypass store controls, or present the game or its resources as your own.

Progress and availability

Progress is saved on the device. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data
or losing the device may delete it. No cloud sync or remote save recovery is offered.

Updates

We may fix bugs, improve compatibility, or adjust balance. Future features may change, but any material change to data, payments, or connectivity will be communicated before distribution.

Warranties and liability

Grovehalo is provided in accordance with warranties and rights that cannot be excluded
under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted, White Hat Mgmt LLC is not liable for
indirect losses arising from use or inability to use. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
