Brillapáginas Privacy Policy

Brillapáginas is a children’s illustrated story library published by White Hat Mgmt LLC. It does not require an account and does not ask for a child’s name, email, location, camera, microphone or contacts.

Information that remains on the device

The language, theme, text size, reading progress, narration point and local request status are stored on the device. The app does not create advertising profiles nor use its own analytics.

Narrations and language requests

When listening to a story, or saving it for offline listening, the app downloads the corresponding audio files from Brillapáginas infrastructure on Cloudflare. That download does not send any child data. When requesting a missing cover or narration, only the language, resource type, general app version, general platform and a random identifier for that request are sent to avoid duplicates. No name, email, progress, device model or account identifier are sent.

Purchases

The optional subscription is processed via Google Play or the App Store. Brillapáginas checks with the store whether the purchase is active, but does not receive or store full payment data.

Advertising on Android

The Android version may show a contextual Google AdMob banner in the library. It is configured as child‑directed content, with a maximum G rating and without advertising‑identifier permissions. The iPhone and iPad version does not include an ads SDK nor third‑party advertising.

Retention, security and requests

Preferences can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data. Cached narration files may be removed by the system. Narrations that an adult saves with “Save offline” are kept in the app’s private storage, only on the device, until they are removed from the story itself, the app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Aggregated language requests are kept to count demand and avoid duplicates. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact page.
